Zero Water New Filter Produce Dark Colored Water
Been using Zero Water for couple of years. Installed a new filter just now, and it produced dark colored water. Never seen this before. What could have caused it?
When open the film on top of this filter, I can see black charcoal like stuff on top of the filter. Flush them out with tap water, installed, and it produced dark colored water.
The color gets lighter as it purifies more water into the pitcher. I guess just the first 30oz is giving off the dark color.
