Why can I not find any 1500s that have the 2.7 turbomax and bucket seats?

I won an AR15 in 5.56 at a delta waterfowl event. I’ve been trying to decide on what scope to put on it (not thermal) and I’ve haven’t found a clear answer. Looking to be below $400 and it would be used for coyotes in the Midwest.
