Kinetic Molecular Theory Help

I only need help with a.

I asked chatgpt and it said that the collisions will stay the same despite the sample being heated.

However, I dont get how increasing the kinetic energy by heating the sample doesn't influence the # of collisions?

Maybe I am lacking some fundamental knowledge on this theory. Any help is helpful.
