Feeling very disheartened by wormy brothers, any advice appreciated

Sooo long story short we got a text at 12:15 today after lunch that Tomorrow work doesn’t start until 9am, I was told we have to have a 24 hour notice told the gf and sub gf they both said idk call your stew then called the stew he said he’s working on it. What really gets me is at the end of the day the sub gf who used to be my foreman says you hear that we start at 9 am I said ik hopefully the stew gets us paid for the missed hours, he says I don’t think that’ll happen it’s the gc that made the call I said ik but our con signed the cba and is supposed to uphold it the same way I do therefore we should get paid, he said I’ll bet 50 bucks we don’t then shakes my hand on 50 bucks brags about how much he makes and I said that’s wild you’re betting against the union he said well not really then says “big corporations always win”. Now that just really gets my blood boiling considering he’s a dues paying member the direct result of corps not winning, and him just throwing everyone under the bus bcs he’s unaware of our systems. Same gf that used to berate guys for not having tools that aren’t on the tool list stuff like unibits and impact drivers all kinda of stuff who also shoves me with a non member everyday to work with while I also get my balls busted for not following the tool list. I’ve tried organizing the non members as well they just agree and change nothing the next day.

Anyways sorry for the ramblings just hard to go back to work tomorrow knowing the brotherhood means fuck all to a giant two thousand people or so jobsite, that and being an apprentice I can’t really do much all I can do is call the stew hope something happens file a grievance and hope something happens idk very disheartening. Just looking for some hope and brotherhood is all

I’m curious if a house of this nature is feasible with three of the 40 ft containers with the center walls cut out and that hallway wall being used as load bearing to prop the containers up instead of the Lolly jacks that are typically used?

We got a new guy foreman thinks he’s the shit knows everything and all he does is try to work way to fast and fuck shit, up marking out box’s with sharpie can’t even use a hole saw without it walking all over the box, I was told by the foreman he’s great at bending pipe and I should pay close attention and it took him a day and a half to turn a 90 down the wall. I’ve tried the whole organize him in thing even tho it’s extremely frustrating the con just hires in whoever and now I’m stuck working with a bunch of dipshits. Tried telling him he can call our local hall to join explained all the packages, the tool list how we do things just says yeah and continues to yap about how he’d love to bring his own power tools in .no clue what to do very frustrating considering I’m still an apprentice and get stuck with him every day
