Hey,
Looking for some advice on pump foil backpacks. I’m trying to decide between:
- ENSIS Hip Hop
- Indiana pump foil backpack
- Hike & Pump (Foil Envie / similar style)
My main use case is biking and longer walks (10–20+ min) to spots, not just car → dock.
From what I can tell:
- ENSIS seems to have the most developed harness (hip belt, padding, etc.)
- Indiana looks simpler/lighter
- Hike & Pump style bags seem minimalist but maybe less supportive
What I care about most:
- Comfort while biking (stability, not bouncing around)
- Weight distribution (does the hip belt actually carry load?)
- How annoying it is with foil parts mounted or strapped
- Durability over time
Lastly, anyone have any experience purchasing from these brands in North America, specially BC, Canada?
Any good options I missed?
Thanks!
