Can I get fired?
Hello. To make a long story short, about six months ago my work decided that instead of location to location managing, they would split everyone into two departments. Well, this has caused so much trouble. It's putting one side against the other. They tried this program out west and it failed horribly and it's failing us now in Ontario. My coworkers and I were talking about starting a petition to go back to how it was before because honestly, this is bullshit. I have three different locations who are all willing to sign but we're worried about the repercussions it could have for us. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
