I was doing my meditation today.. just purely meditating.
Suddenly (not sure at what minute) my lower abdomen spreading to lower regions and my groin felt a surge of energy I can’t explain it, but it was very pleasant and my body involuntarily shook a couple of times. It went on till the end of my meditation. Lasted even after it.. the feeling was overwhelming couldn’t do unnoticed.
