Hi everyone,

I just got some land with a dedicated water source. Over the next several years i want to build it into an off-grid home. I guess my question is....what first?

I was researching and found four things that feel equal to be first.

House, solar, septic, and water catchment (supplementary).

Is there a specific order to these, or all at once?
