At the moment I'm at the point where I am able to login to the Ayuntamiento website where my motorcycle is registered. I can view the receipt and the amount I need to pay for the IVTM road tax. But there is not a digital payment button. This is for a small municipality. But there is also no IBAN number for me to transfer the money into.

I'm a bit curious what I should do now? I do not live in Spain so I can't go to the Ayuntamiento and pay the tax. On the website it states that I should go to a local bank to pay for it.

Is this something I can get a gestor to handle for me? Is it allowed to just forward the receipt to a buddy of mine in Spain and have him pay it, or do you need to identify in person?
