Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some honest advice regarding Executive MBA options and career growth.

I’m currently working as an MIS Executive with around 1 year of experience. My background is B.Com, and I have skills in SQL, Advanced Excel, reporting, and some Power BI.

I started my career a bit late (I’m 31 now), so I’m trying to make decisions to accelerate my growth.

My goal is to move into Business Analytics or Market Research roles and significantly increase my salary over the next 2–3 years.

Since I can’t leave my job, I’m considering Executive / Work-Integrated MBA programs. I’ve shortlisted:

ISB Hyderabad (Executive MBA)

IIM Ranchi (Executive MBA)

BITS Pilani WILP (MBA)

I’m a bit confused about:

Which one actually helps in career switching (not just learning)

Whether Executive MBAs really provide placement support or ROI

If anyone has done these programs or is working in BA / Market Research, I’d really appreciate your honest guidance.

Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,

I’m thinking of starting a small online sticker business and wanted some real feedback from people who’ve tried it or are currently doing it.

The idea is to design and sell stickers (possibly vinyl, aesthetic, cultural, or niche themes).

Before I invest time and money, I wanted to understand:

How hard is it to get consistent sales?

What are the main challenges or drawbacks?

Is the market already too saturated?

Any tips for someone starting from India?

I’m okay starting small, but I want to be realistic about expectations (profit margins, competition, marketing effort, etc.)

Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to understand more about Data Governance as a career option.

From what I’ve read online, it seems related to managing data quality, data policies, compliance, and ensuring data is accurate and secure across an organization but I’m not very clear on what people in Data Governance actually do day-to-day.

I currently have around 1 year of experience working with SQL, Advanced Excel, reporting, and some Power BI. I’m exploring career paths where I can grow long-term and was wondering if Data Governance is a good direction.
