Official Ultimatum Issued by the Government of the Republic of Costa Rica
to the Holy Orthodox Russian Empire

The Government of the Republic of Costa Rica hereby delivers this formal and final ultimatum to the Holy Orthodox Russian Empire concerning its activities, influence, and attempted involvement in matters relating to the Spanish–British Treaty and associated regional affairs.

• The suspension and termination of all diplomatic relations, including the closure of embassies, consulates, cultural institutions, and state-sponsored organizations affiliated with the Russian Empire.
• The expulsion of all Russian diplomats, representatives, advisors, and officially accredited personnel from Costa Rican territory.
