Did I get screwed out of my WHOOP offer?
The offer was supposed to expire on May 12.
- I activated the offer on May 5.
- Made the purchase May 6 (offer still activated)
- The transaction posted May 7 (offer still activated)
- Still no credit May 8 (offer still activated)
- Still no credit May 9 and the offer is no longer activated and no longer an option anywhere in the offers. It's not under expired or redeemed.
I sent a message to Chase support but was wondering if anyone had similar issues in the past with offers.
