R5: I'm playing the previous version of the mod and CK3 on version 1.18.4. I've only just seen this guy for the first time and from his ancestry it's very clear that he was initially a Drel vassal of the Cuind king. Somehow he changed culture to become Cuind at some point. He inherited his county normally and it has never been held by an elvish ruler in the last 300 years, when it was handed out to his great great grandfather. He had a human daughter when he was around 45 so he definetly changed culture after he was already a ruler, but as to how he did it - no idea. I also haven't seen it happen anywhere else in the 350 years this run has been going, so it must be something pretty rare - maybe a stress event or something like that?
