I just got my knock thrice magnus dad cap in the mail and not only did it immediately break, it doesnt fit at all and i cant adjust it no matter how much i try. I did email them to ask what i should do but i was wondering if anyone had any advice.

That was fast, i dont even have Martin on the island yet
