After I did my federal and state taxes I learned I had to pay some to the state. Where can I go to pay what I owe Louisiana? Can I get this done at the Revenue building downtown?

Recently took my 2008 into a mechanic I trust for a unrelated matter, and was told I needed a new water pump which would set me back $1400. I have been keeping an eye on my coolant levels and temp gage since then. Realistically, how long can I safely wait before I have to began selling plasma to pay for this?
