Has anyone here manage to keep this maughanii conophytum plant alive for over 5+ years?

Can I ask: - What made the biggest difference in health growth?

- What doesn't matter much at all?

- What soil mix you used long-term?

- Biggest mistake you learned?

I hope I can maintain their size (2cm+) since I learnt that they MolT every year :,)
