What in gods name is this? Has anyone tried it with fighting games?

What in gods name is this? Has anyone tried it with fighting games?

I was looking through Amazon to see what levers they sell and the usual suspects were there. Then I saw this thing and it got my attention. I understand how it would work switches instead of four, but I wonder if anyone has tried it. I’m not willing to spend that much money, even if there is a return policy. Sometimes they take over a month to give you your money back. If it’s actually good then I might give it a shot. I’ve tried and owned everything you could think of from K-levers to Semitsu Nobi to Sanwa. I have never seen anything like this and I was wondering if anyone else has any input or suggestions? Thank you take it easy y’all. ✌️😎

These Trackball Fightbox controllers have destroyed me. I’ve never had an issue changing things up inside these arcade sticks or swapping buttons. PCB is nothing. I’ve always been able to figure it out. I’ve reached out to fight box recently, and asked for a diagram for wiring on the M6 model and the M10. Both of these are the models with a track ball. So I got so excited I bought three at first. Tried to mod the M 10 and I got everything working at one point except for the joystick would only go in One Direction. I couldn’t get past that. With the M6 all I could get it to register in Steam was out of the three Facebook buttons one was registering as a mouse left click middle was both right and left and right was right click. The two buttons on the side that should be used for pinball were not even registering. I contacted Fightbox about all of these problems and I either get no answers or there was one guy that just mocked me. I was even questioned as to where I bought the things even though I don’t have to share that with anybody, but I have nothing to hide. I bought one on Amazon and two on eBay. They actually asked me that and also were not helpful. They did not provide me with any diagrams for wiring. They did not help me in any way shape or form. Just asked a bunch of questions and never got back with me. Any information I did receive was very minimal. It sucks because I really want to play these things with pinball games with my kids. That’s why I bought multiple trackball models off the rip. So I’m hoping that the Reddit community is kind enough to help me get these two working and myself and the kids rocking some pinball games. Like I mentioned i downloaded them to Steam. I have a few pinball games on switch already and I plugged it in with a flash adapter and it actually worked as a mouse, but I couldn’t get the buttons to do anything unfortunately. It’s a shame. I’m having such a hard time with these things because I’m loyal and spend lots of money with the companies that take care of me. I will not be spending another dime on anything made by fight box that’s for sure. I learned my lesson. Hopefully somebody out there can help me. Appreciate any information thank you guys.

Another week of crazy building fight sticks all day long. This week I got to actually build a few for myself.. my Doio fightstick finally showed up and it’s super impressive. I screwed up and forgot to order a different restricted gate. I wanted a circular one and some new key caps but it’s OK. It’s better than I thought. So heavy, it’s crazy. The hit box that I managed to score this week. That looks similar is an incredible build too. The prices are coming down on their product so I would keep an eye out. These fight box jump offs are OK but they wouldn’t survive 18 inch drop on tile. I could throw this DOIO fight stick out the window of my house was on fire and have plenty of room to jump out the window. Lol seriously the things a monster I wish they were easier for people to get their hands on. It took me almost a year. Happy hunting guys. I am done for the week.
