77y woman interested in a a facelift and lower bleph, but overwhelmed by the options in different countries with good outcomes. Korea, Mexico, others? Anyone have good leads on clinics that are good middle ground on price and outcomes?

I love the subreddit and want to believe in the stories, but it’s 95% HEVA comments. I can’t shake the feeling they’re promo spamming with posts on the subreddit by HEVA. Any ideas on how to trust authenticity or do you feel the same????
