I don't know what to do going forward

I'm turning 32 and live at home with my parents. I earn about $95,000.

I have about $60,000 in savings and $20,000 in ETFS.

I should have a lot more but unfortunately I blew money on regrettable things.

Anyway- going forward I'm not sure what to do. I don't want to live at home forever but I also have health issues and not sure it would be good for me to live alone.

I'm really stuck considering the options-

-Drop it all in ETFS then move out and rent where I want to?

- buy an investment property and move out and rent?

-keep living at home and buy an owner occupied property when I'm ready?

I'm really stuck and have bad fomo. I'm worried if I don't make decisive decision now I'll miss out.

I feel like everything in my relationship is always my fault and it’s exhausting what should I do?

I’m feeling really frustrated and honestly a bit defeated in my relationship.

It feels like whenever we have any kind of disagreement, it ends up being 100% my fault. Even when I try to explain my perspective or gently point out that maybe things could have been handled differently on both sides, it just gets shut down.

For example, I tried to bring up that sometimes I wish she could ask questions or lead with curiosity instead of reacting straight away, especially when something I say comes out wrong. But instead of that landing well, it turned into her getting upset, and again it became about what I did wrong.

I feel like I’m constantly trying to adjust how I speak, when I bring things up, and how I respond to avoid triggering her. But I don’t feel like that same effort is coming back the other way.

We keep going in this cycle and it’s really draining me. I care about her, but I’m starting to feel like I can’t express myself without it turning into a bigger issue.

To be fair, I did recently lose my temper and said something I regret by calling her an insult, and I’ve apologised for that. It scares me I've gotten to that point.

Has anyone been in a situation like this? Is this something that can be improved with better communication, or is this more of a compatibility issue?

I’d really appreciate honest advice.

Where can I get decent office wear? I'm done with uniqlo

guys I need help, I feel a bit embarrassed because im 32 and feel like it's an awkward age for fashion?

I neeed some new clothes for my office wear, buttoned up polo or shirts are fine

the issue is I'm short and bulky - I've tried van heausen, charles trywhitt shirts but they don't fit me well.

so I went to uniqlo, just grabbed some polos, jumper trousers all good

BUT the jumpers so dissapointed- hole in it after two wears, bought another one same thing..

polos are nice but faded already and stained

I like the trousers

anyway, please any recommendations just some decent quality that won't break the bank, some nice jumpers buttoned up polos, even trousers for a 32 year old man.

I feel like a complete noob
