If not for the actors unavailability in the later seasons, where do you think Albert Barese shakes out in Jersey's hierarchy through season 5-6?

Albert was known for being a clever, competent, and loyal captain to Jersey and is sorely missed as the head of the largest crew in Jersey's family going into the war with New York. Assuming his actor didn't get pinched for real life Mafia related crimes where do you see him in lacking hierarchy of the family during the war? With the calzone with legs being the de facto under boss and Paulie no longer being trusted by Tony I can't help but think Albert was in line for some significant promotions after Chrissy got sent to rehab and what not.
