Role: High-Retention Video Editor
Volume: 8 Videos per month (Avg. 20 mins each)
Rate: $4–$5 per finished minute
Payment Structure:
• Per 20-minute video: $80–$100
• Monthly total (8 videos): $640–$800

I need a beast of an editor who can handle long-form business content and turn it into a masterpiece. If you know how to pull off the Alex Hormozi style — dynamic captions, engaging emojis, sound effects, motion graphics, and fast-paced cuts — you’re the one I’m looking for.
Requirements:
• Expert in Hormozi-style storytelling
• Strong Motion Graphics & B-roll usage
• Ability to maintain high energy in long-form videos
• Consistent delivery (2 videos per week)
• Good communication and open to feedback
