Has anyone seen the April payment in MyBenefits?

Today I went for an eye exam, but the optometrist asked me to show my “Proof of Assessment.” I opened MyBenefits, but in that section there was no coverage listed for eye exams. The doctor then told me that I’m not covered under ODSP and that I have to pay for the visit.

My question is: for you, does it show eye exam coverage in the “Proof of Assessment” section?
