Beware of E-bike fencers
Many electric bikes have been stolen and sold to people in Carlsbad according to trackers and such. If you see any suspicious activity make sure to report it to the cops. A neighbors bike worth 1.4 grand was stolen and most likely went to Carlsbad or a nearby area to be scrapped.
