what are the rules of sampling off of youtube?
will my song get taken down if my song includes samples from monetized youtube videos?(my song wont be monetized)

why is my cpu load so high?(still high when not recording with obs)
yes im recording with obs and yes i have a bad cpu but its never been this high before. i did import a bunch of vital presets(the 200step growls) but idk if thats the main issue here
