Running strahd without telling the players
I had the idea to run curse of Strahd for some veteran players but set in the American age of steam/Wild West and with the twist that it’s not advertised as CoS. If you’ve tried something similar how did it go? The plan isn’t to hide it completely but it would be fun to mess with my usually group of players
