Toon Announcers are like tip boxes that tells you what currently happens such as the start of the floor, doing and finishing machines, getting hit and killed, panic mode, and more.
how can they be obtained and how do fhey work?
to obtain them, you can finish 100% mastery on a toon and you can buy the announcer in Dyle's shop for maybe 500 Ichor, if its an event toon, it will cost an additional 500 event currency and will still be in Dyle Shop
you can equip up to 6 Toon announcers and they will shuffle around
