When starting a print, my printer said it need to update, so i updated it. it then gave a message saying to update my slicer to v2.3.2. i downloaded the software, but it won’t let me sign in, and wont recognize my printer. now, in the app, when my print is on, and/or printing, it doesn’t even recognize it as on. i tried going back to my old slicer, but it won’t work anymore. and doesn’t see my printer as idle either. does anyone have any idea how to fix this? i’ve tried googling and watching many youtube videos. anything helps. thanks
