Need info on these skate tapes

I picked these skate tapes up awhile ago at the bins and can only find very little info about them online except that they are legit tapes and have Tony Hawk and Rob Dyrdek in them. any info you can provide would be great. I'm thinking about just gifting them to my skater friend who collects skate tapes.

Glizzy Ramen

So I've been thinking about struggle meals. If you don't know what that is that's a meal you make when the chips are down and you just need something comforting and tasty, but also cheap. I like to do what I'm calling "ELEVATED" struggle meals, which is where you make a struggle meal but use premium ingredients and seasonings. I have been eating the aptly named "Glizzy Ramen" which my brother @plcmura refuses to acknowledge because he said it's gross sounding. My mom's boyfriend thinks it's gross too. I love it! I decided to write down my recipe for it this time so someone else can make this and tell me if I'm crazy. Here's the recipe

Glizzy Ramen

3 Nathan's hot dogs (or one 1/4 lb Costco hot dog) cut up into medallions.

1 tsp Japanese 7 spice

3/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper

1/2 tsp Lawry's seasoning salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp trader Joe's multi purpose umami blend

1/8 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp Sriracha seasoning

1/2 tsp Adobo

2 tbsp butter(I used salted)

2 packs momofuko ramen (I used soy and scallion but you can use any flavor)

2 tbsp chicken bouillon powder( I used knorr)

Instructions

Melt butter in pan that you want to cook the ramen in on medium high heat. Add all seaasonings except chicken bullion to butter and stir to incorporate. Arrange hot dog medallions one side down in a circle around the bottom of the saucepan and cook until golden brown(approx. 5 minutes) then flip and cook another 3-5 minutes till the other side is golden brown. Remove hot dogs from pan with tongs leaving butter mixture in the pan and adding them to a bowl, put somewhere to keep warm like a microwave or oven (turned off) with the door closed. Add chicken bouillon bro butter mixture and mix till combined then add enough in water to cook two ramen bricks. Bring to a boil and add ramen and cook as directed on the package. When the noodles are cooked add hot dogs back to pot with water and ramen and then drain all water. Add hot dogs and noodles to your bowl and mix in ramen seasoning/sauce packet. Mix well to combine and then serve. ET VOILA, GLIZZY RAMEN. if you make this drop a comment and telle.what you think.

Blueberry cheesecake Biscuit Bread Pudding W/ brown butter bourbon sauce drizzled on top.

I had leftover biscuits from the other day so I decided to make a biscuit bread pudding. I just winged it but wrote down what I did for your pleasure I will post the recipe below. The last picture was some homemade pulled pork barbecue on fluffy potato rolls I made from scratch. It was very good and so was the bread pudding.

Here's the recipe

Blueberry cheesecake biscuit bread pudding

4 cups (550g)cubed up biscuits

3 large eggs (room temp)

1.5 cups (398g)half and half

1/2 cup (115g) Buttermilk

1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar

3/4 cup (160g) dark brown sugar

2 tsp vanilla bean paste

1/2 tsp kosher salt (diamond crystal)

3/4 tsp cinnamon

3/4 tsp cardamom

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 package (3.4 oz) cheesecake pudding mix

90g frozen wild blueberries (Wyman's)

Preheat oven to 350°F

Grease a 8x8 or 9x9 pan with butter or cooking spray. Put cut up biscuits inside and toss with frozen blueberries, set aside. Mix eggs, half and half, buttermilk, both sugars, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom and pudding mix together in medium bowl with whisk. Stir vigorously until well incorporated. Pour custard over biscuits In prepared pan and let sit for 20 minutes to soak up the custard. Bake @ 350°F for 50 minutes then take out of oven. If it doesn't have enough golden brown deliciousness, put on top rack and broil for two minutes to get color on top. While it cools make this

BOURBON MAPLE BUTTER SAUCE

1/2 CUP( 4oz) salted butter

1/2 cup(106g)dark brown sugar

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 tbsp bourbon

1/8 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla bean paste

Melt and brown butter then add brown sugar, maple syrup, salt and vanilla paste. Stir until sugar Is dissolved and ingredients bare well incorporated then take off heat and add bourbon stir to combine.

Pour sauce Oliver bread pudding and serve warm.

Try it and tell me what you think!
