Sup y'all!

A few hours ago I braked too hard on a hill with a wet road and fell down. Now I have the problem that my gears are feeling almost identical and if I shift down or up it sometimes takes a lot of time and does weird sounds. I already checked if the chain is even changing its position when I shift and it does.

So I hope anyone could help me becuase I don't want to pay 120€ for an inspection at a shop.

I dont really have friends and I'm not the favourite from anyone. But I want to go out more with friends. But because I dont get asked very often I want ask. But I don't know how. Especially how to ask people who I'm not really that close to like class mates or old friends. Especially if its girls because it would be a bit weird if I just ask a girl if she wants to go out.

I hope anyone can give me tips.
