My 3DS stopped playing sound years ago and I modded it recently. I can still use headphones or speakers and the camera shutter sound still plays, so I’m not sure if it’s a hardware issue. Is there anything I could use or download to force audio to play as if it had shutter sound priority?

I just finished modding my new 3DS XL and to do that I had to format its SD card, which wiped it. I copied all its contents onto my laptop prior, but now I’m unsure how to get it back onto my SD card and my 3DS safely.
I’m nearly set on buying a base AYN Thor since my current New 3Ds XL could decide it’s finished any day now (plus the speakers have been dead for years). I know there’s some way to dump your saves but I’m not sure if I’d be able to dump my downloaded games or cart games too. I’d much rather dump my existing games than find new copies elsewhere to avoid the hassle of going through my shitty potato laptop as much as I can.
I don’t want to be picky though, as long as I can resume my games on my AYN Thor I’ll be happy.
