NOTE: So, Etcher's gimmick is he uses his victims blood to make ink that he uses to tattoo things from his murders on his body. Sometimes the victim's face, sometimes the weapon he used, sometimes something from the crime scene, whatever hits him.
He also tattoos the number of the victim he's killed on the victim with the ink made from the blood of the prior victim.
