I went to update my mile benchmark and it wasn't tracking on screen. It just stayed at "1 mi Remaining". Linked below are a screenshot of how it's supposed to look, and then how mine looks. Note that it tracks distance, speed, incline, etc. accurately.

When I called peloton support they first told me this was working as intended, and then decided that my smart card had failed. I did a full factory reset as well. Has anybody else had this occur? Is the mile benchmark working correctly for other people? This feels more like software given everything else tracks just fine. Looking for any ideas and don't want to have a technician out and start playing part replacement roulette if it's not a hardware problem.
