Help me please, because ER didn’t explain anything

Hi all. I underwent a surgery (perianal abscess removed), 2 cuts, so 2 gauzes. I need to go to the clinic and change them every day. Problem is: it’s 1 day after surgery. I want to go to toilet (BM) but, the cut is on the anal fold and I'm afraid of having a BM because Im worried like I’d make the area infected with fecal material. I'm also afraid of taking a sitz bath (with few drops of Potassium permanganate) because I think soaking the gauze (thingy that is inside of the wound) will make it a damp and prone to infection. I don’t know what to do :( am I overreacting? I can’t change the gauze myself (was told to go to clinic to change it every day)
Sorry for bad EN, it’s not my first language

F29, LT. Rhoids or abscess?

I’m freaking out bad because I’m seeing a doctor only on Monday, I’m very scared and have anxiety when it comes to health/medical stuff. Please help me to understand what is this:(
How it started: at first there was little pain and a bit of blood on toilet paper after I had a 2 day constipation. Then it disappeared. Few days after it reappeared as fissure pain, so I thought it’s just a fissure, but it kept getting worse and in 4 days
2 painful lumps appeared. They are not purple or blue. Just lumps, swollen. And there is some sort of mucus leaking too, for 3 days. It is dirty pink, darker pink colour. It hurts a lot when I walk, or sit, even cough, and mucus (I presume) irritates my skin a lot so I always feel stinging. I’m taking venotonic for 3 days, I tried to use tribenoside and lidocaine but it didn’t seem to help. I’m very scared it might be an abscess. There is no way I’m seeing any doctors on Sunday, so I gotta wait til Monday.
Please, if someone had experience, could you tell me something:(
