i wanted to start drawing dinosaurs so i did some anatomy studies for dromaeosaurids and drew this fella to put everything i learned to test

I was watching J's review on Mega Man X3, and around the 8:50 mark he showed footage of how the arm chip works using it against sigma. And when he fires the charged shot i noticed that the secondary charge shots don't just go forward and slowly spray outwards like i've always seen, they instead only spray at the beginning and then focus on the center point of the shot.

Does anyone know in what version of the game the buster works like this? X3 is my favorite of the X franchise so i know a lot about it, but i have never seen this version of the charged buster until now.
