I moved to a new place recently and these aluminum sunroom windows leak when it rains hard. Water comes in at the gap between the bottom window and window frame.

There aren't any weep holes I've looked up and down for them. Is it a bad idea to drill some small holes? Or am I missing a rubber seal that goes onto the bottom of the bottom sliding window?

I'm getting pretty frustrated with this issue. Want to figure out a fix to stop it from getting worse.
