Feel like my boss is blackballing me
I've been a team lead for a few years and lately my team has grown to now 9 direct reports
idk what the situation is but my boss is less and less interested at all in my performance or team performance while simultaneously making snide remarks etc
my local team is moving floors and I'm the only one stuck on the current floor
when I told him I can't manage my guys, he blames business for the decision. it's pretty strange
he doesn't really go to bat for us
I have a great relationship with his boss and when I speak to him he's like "just let it blow over" which is wise. basically that I should accept things as is since it's fresh and then move later
i get my meetings and msgs regularly ignored also by my direct boss, though to be fair so does almost all his other direct reports
it's a strange situation to be in

my team is crushing it and we're basically untouchable/loved by business I should note, so he doesn't really have much power to do anything
