I know it’s very limited time, but as plaintiff after you swear in do you just.. ramble everything? The timeline and advanced evidence can be lengthy. Is there supposed to be a brief “opening statement” where we don’t go into details, and then after both parties give their intro do we get a chance to give a more detailed timeline? Or should we just give the lengthier timeline as soon as we start?
