Need advice I’m at my wits end about 5 year old toy poodle vomiting constantly

I have been to vets constantly for this problem and they haven’t been able to help my dog. Been to a specialist as well. Every time he goes off the anti nausea med he throws up. Is it a possibility to keep a dog on an anti nausea med for the rest of his life? He is also on a steroid for 2 weeks now and I guess that hasn’t stopped his vomiting. He was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel. Is this something that a dog should be euthanized over? He’s lost 2 pounds since January when all this started.
