I was minding my business one day until I found my old mi band 9 watch. I plugged it in but it doesn’t turn on. I found the order on Amazon and I bought it about a year ago. And I haven’t used it in 9 months. Can someone help me figure out what’s happening?

I’ve tried:
-plugging it in for days
-rapidly unplugging and plugging it in multiple times
-using a 36watt charger
