hear me out... dating advice?
my friends outside of UQ and ones who stuck around since high school and even coworkers seem to not have much trouble dating. i know these things appear easier than they are, but i'm talking even finding someone to get into a talking stage with, my bar is low
honestly I just want to meet new people!
I've only had one talking stage ever (not to be 'boo-hoo', just for context), but my friends have had plenty, kissed people, and some have been lucky enough to date. I know yall dont know my life story but could I be being too picky? all the guys and girls i was interested in didn't reciprocate - i think maybe 5 or 6 people?
but they all did want to stay friends with me or think I was a nice person. I'm still friends with 4 of them. so I think it's safe to say I'm not not an option?
am I just unlucky? how do you guys meet new people? help!! lol
(note: I promise I don't spend all my days pitying myself for being single lol!! if it comes off that way it's because that's the whole point of this post. I thought advice might be good so I can improve upon myself and increase my chances of meeting someone that makes me happier than I already am)
