Installed IL joysticks with very few issues. The main difference between this and Arcade1up cabs is the joystick encoder is 5 pin instead of 8 so you have to do a daisy chain of the neutral since there is only 1 neutral wire. I'm putting together a how to guide and hope to have it ready early next week.
I recommend logging into https://vminnovations.com/ and checking on the status of your order there. I didn't receive a shipping notification nor had anything showed up in my FedEx app that I often use to track packages. Turns out mine was shipping using "OnTrac" and will arrive on 5/1.
