Hello,

Been on mounjaro since its release in the UK. For me this medication is life changing in many ways. Started in Feb 2024 with Superdrug then changed to cloud pharmacy who I’ve been with for a while. Suddenly they want to do video consultations with me as I’m in maintenance (I realise this is tightening of the regulations), totally understandable however I have SEVERE anxiety and literally cannot do phone / video chats. I can send videos / photographic proof etc and communicate via email only.

Anyway does anyone know of any pharmacies that aren’t requiring video consultations when ordering from them if in maintenance (my BMI sits around 21-22). Thanks for any help :)
