NYC Marathon — how do letter corrals map to start times/waves?
Hey know it’s still early but looking to train for an earlier start time this year with expectations so I’m not disappointed.
Can someone explain how the letter corrals (A–L) actually map to marathon start times/waves?
Like:
• Which letters are in each wave?
• Where’s the cutoff for the last wave?
Trying to understand what corral you need to be in to avoid a later start time.
Would love a simple breakdown if anyone has one from recent years!
