Current RO, 3 years in rn, how do you guys deal with the anxiety of leaving on time, and feeling like you haven’t done enough to justify your time? I know I’m putting in acceptable work based on my reviews. But it feels like I need to start staying late just to keep my head above water, but I can’t bring myself to start that habit. Is being terribly behind all the time just how it is even 5+ years in?
