Why did Qui-Gon sense the Force was out of balance yet other Jedi such as Ki-Adi Mundi did not?

Qui-Gon wanted to train Anakin because he believed that Anakin was the chosen one that would bring balance to the Force. This implies that Qui-Gon realised that the Force was unbalanced due to the presence of the Sith. However, it seems like other Jedi such as Ki-Adi Mundi did not sense the imbalance because when presented with the idea that the Sith could be around they did not believe it. So why did it seem like Qui-Gon was the only one that sensed the Force was out of balance?

Do you think Ahsoka and Obi-Wan met between Clone Wars and A New Hope?

Do you think Ahsoka and Obi-Wan met between Clone Wars and A New Hope?

If Ezra told Ahsoka about Obi-Wan I think she would go to Tatooine to reunite and see him again considering she didn't know what happened to him after Order 66

Quinlan Vos went from presumed dead to a very important character post Order 66

Quinlan Vos is a character that hasn’t nearly received as much attention that he deserves, however, it feels like they’ve interestingly been setting up something with him for a while now.

Here is a chronological timeline covering notable events related to his character post Order 66 (canon):

2005 – Revenge of the Sith (Presumed dead)
In Revenge of the Sith, Quinlan Vos is mentioned in a scene by Obi-Wan. However, he was actually supposed to die in the movie according to a deleted Order 66 scene. Considering that, it’s likely that he “died” off-screen but for whatever reason they just didn’t show the scene like many other deleted scenes in the movie.

2017 – Darth Vader Issue 7 (Possibly alive)
In this comic, Vader is tasked to hunt down Order 66 survivors and receives a list which features multiple Jedi including Quinlan Vos. This does not necessarily confirm that he was alive but at the very least confirms that the Empire were not sure whether he survived or not, opening up the possibility of his survival.

2022 – Obi-Wan Kenobi (Confirmed Alive)
In the show, Obi-Wan learns about the Hidden Path and Tala Durith confirms he is alive by telling Obi-Wan that Quinlan is helping the Path smuggle younglings.

2025 – Tales of the Underworld (Suggested to be one of the founders of the Hidden Path)
In Tales of the Underworld, not only do they explain how Ventress survived the events of Dark Disciple, but Lyco Strata mentions that he heard that Quinlan Vos is the founder of the Hidden Path.

So, looking at this timeline, from 2005 to 2016 Quinlan Vos was basically just assumed dead after the events of Order 66. However, since 2017, they opened up the possibility of him being alive then confirmed it and now he is seen as one of the people who started the Hidden Path. The Hidden Path itself has been playing a more significant role in stories. We first learn about it in Obi-Wan Kenobi and how there are many more Jedi out there because of it, then it plays a big part in Jedi Survivor and then becomes a focus in the Ventress arc of Tales of the Underworld because of her connection with Quinlan.

It feels like they are setting up something big about the Hidden Path with Quinlan Vos being a major character in that story. What do you think?

Why do some people think too many Jedi survived Order 66 when only under 0.5% survived?

Every time we learn about a Jedi surviving Order 66 such as Devon Izara from Maul: Shadow Lord, there are the inevitable comments about how too many Jedi survived which does not make sense. Looking it up, there are around 50 Jedi that we know of that survived Order 66. (Not counting ones that became Inquisitors or turned to the dark side).

Considering there were 10,000 Jedi Knights in the Galaxy, that is only 0.5% of that number. The actual amount of Jedi was even bigger when you consider how many Padawans there were that were yet to become Knights. Jedi are some of the strongest fighters in the Galaxy so it would be unrealistic to expect all of them to be wiped out. Actually, it's surprising the number of survivors isn't higher in my opinion.
