I've been really intrigued by the darkglass anagram for some time now and I'm wondering when it's time to actually pull the trigger. It's a big purchase that I don't want to make too hastily (especially to not be a victim of GAS). It would also probably mean getting rid of all of my other pedals if I were to get it.

For the record it's been about a month and im still quite excited about the idea of having one and all the things it can do that I cant do now.

So how long do you usually wait before making a big purchase? (This is all assuming that you can afford it already.)

I've been thinking about getting an anagram but a worry of mine has been the screen being so close to the footswitches. For example about accidentally scratching or otherwise damaging the screen while triggering effects and such. So has anyone experienced that being a problem of any kind or am I worrying about nothing?
