like my 10th, 12th marksheet , and NEET scorecard just have my initial only for the surname. But my aadhar, passport and degree certificate have my full name (the expanded initial which is my surname name). For the candidate name, should I go with the initial or full name?

Does anyone have any idea regarding this? Or do i need to get an affidavit from the notary confirming that both names represent the same person.

Please help me with this.
