Seems to be a signed photo of Bette Davis from between 1940-1960! Is this rare?

I visited a garage sale in rural Ohio where I bought lots of vintage items. I got this

one because I could tell by the frame it was old, but when I went to take a look inside I saw this photo! It’s not in great shape but it is OLD!
