The Galatian sauce in the scallops was absolutely delicious. The trout was sweet and also delicious. Garlic and White wine mussels bought out of a box on reduced from a local supermarket. The whole experience of my Friday night off work with bae has been excellent. Chefs kiss. It's me, I'm the chef
