Any pixsquare + aesprite users?

Hey all! Ive been using pixsquare almost the entirety of the time since ive started pixel art. For some reason, mouse just did not jive with me at all and using the apple pen just felt natural. I also didn't have the money to get a writing tablet for my computer. But now I feel like I may be missing out not using aesprite because it just seems like it's so expandable with extensions. Do you prefer one or the other? Do extensions make a meaningful difference, or is it more or less the same? Im building a game so I love the idea of having more tools on my belt. Extra points for any extension recommendations

I started pixel art 3 months ago and have practiced literally every day. This is not at all an example of being a great artist or anything. Neither are of a detailed character to begin with, not very polished, could use higher contrast color values for shading etc. But me circling back to this little guy I made around day one, and being able to doodle around and improve him so quickly a few months later felt like such a win and a reminder to just stick in there even when you dont notice your growth in real time. I feel like im producing way better work than this now but still a bit intimidated to share, but wanted to share this progress for encouragement!
